Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A signed contract along with a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the service date.

Policies
Damage Policy
We understand that events can be lively, and a reasonable level of mess is expected. However, excessive damage will result in repair charges.

A $275 cleaning fee will be charged if a passenger becomes ill on the bus.
Liability Policy

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left on the bus.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or illness.

If conditions are deemed unsafe to operate, we reserve the right to modify or cancel service without liability.
