Wedding and Special Events Transportation

Reservations:


  • We reserve on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A signed contract and 20% non-refundable deposit are required to finalize a reservation.
  • Final payments are due no later than 1 week prior to the date of service.

The Buses:


  • The interiors and exteriors have been repainted, the seats have been re-covered, and new stereo systems have been installed (with cd, radio and auxiliary options) for the enjoyment of our clients and their guests.
  • They DO NOT have A/C. The average bus ride for an event/wedding is only 20 minutes each way, with the departure taking place at night. There are very few days throughout the year that anything more than the windows down and a cool breeze is necessary. Air Conditioning is known in the automotive industry as a “parasitic load.” Just as the name suggests, it is a huge waste of energy and the antithesis of what we are striving for; which is economically and environmentally friendly transportation.
  • All of our vehicles are meticulously cleaned before/after each event, and a pre-trip inspection is done prior to every service to ensure the safety of our driver(s)/passengers.

Our Drivers:


All of our drivers are highly experienced. Average driver experience is 10+ years.
Every driver at Easy Riders has also received driver training from a state certified training program such as the Albemarle County Public Schools Transportation Division.
They are also!! friendly and ready to help in any way possible.

Service


  • We strive to make your event run as smoothly as possible, so we are always happy to help formulate a detailed itinerary in order to ensure this!
  • We are licensed and fully insured to do business in the state of Virginia
  • Our primary goal is to provide a safe, fun, and reliable service. In the event that our service is anything less than satisfactory, please contact us immediately to discuss a partial to full refund.

Policies

Damage Fee: After a wedding, we expect a reasonable amount of mess. However, if we determine damage to be excessive, an appropriate fee will be assessed to repair the damage. In all circumstances, if a passenger gets sick on the bus, there will be a $200 cleaning fee billed to the contract holder.

Liability: We will not be liable for any lost or damaged property left on the bus. The Carrier will not be liable for delays influenced by factors beyond their control such as traffic, weather, mechanical break-down, chauffeur or passenger illness, etc. If factors beyond the Carrier’s control have such influence that, in the opinion of the Carrier, it is inadvisable to operate the vehicle or continue the charter, then the Carrier shall not be held liable. We are licensed and insured.
